Before you can get clear on what you do want, you’ve got to look at what’s not working. What’s draining you? What’s making you restless, resentful, or shut down?
This is the time to get honest — not dramatic. Just truthful.
We’re going to use a really simple technique that helps you get to the root of those “meh” feelings — by asking why. Again and again.
It's a bit like channelling your inner toddler — but I promise, it works.

This module is all about taking what you don’t want and using it to uncover what you do.
This is where we bring in a bit of low-key CBT-style thinking — nothing heavy, just honest re-framing that helps you start spotting possibilities instead of problems.
It’s simpler than it sounds. And powerful when you let it land.

In Module 4, you’ll take everything you’ve been working through and choose one small thing — just one — that you can act on.

This final module is all about helping you stay steady when the wobbles hit.
Because the moment you start to shift, your inner critic will start piping up. That’s normal — and we’re not here to silence her, but we can turn the volume down.
