Day 1
We look at who you are; the many layers which have shaped the person you are today - the good, the bad, and the ones imposed on you by others. Then we dig into what you actually want. And I mean YOU, not anyone else in your life or what others think you should want.

Day 2
Now we know your starting point, I ask you to figure out what is working, what isn't, how you talk about your life and, most importantly, how to put steps in place to make the changes you know you need.

Day 3
To keep you moving forward, we need to identify which persona you need to drive things along (and who is likely to want to bunk off and do something frivolous!). What do you need around you to keep you motivated, when do you work best, what helps to keep your focus?

Day 4
You know you want to make changes, but we also need to learn to be grateful for now and all the amazing things you have in your life. We need to slow down and smell the roses, focus on the good stuff rather than dwelling on what isn't right.

Day 5
What can you do, just for you? Only you really know what you want and need.

Day 6
When you decide you want to make changes, the biggest hurdle you meet is spending too much time on the 'how' to do things. In this video I give you tools to get past that.

Day 7
News Flash - this is all going to work, if you do the work. I've put some fantastic tips and tools in this course, but if you don't action them...well, nothing will change.
