Section Eight - Pressures & Worries
We can sometimes put pressure on ourselves by thinking of perceived consequences, or indeed the language we use to ourselves when thinking of stuff we 'need' to do. Understanding and exploring this will take the pressure off.
A big thing that I can't stress enough is how things external to your horses can cause you to feel edgy and anxious. The second file in this section is taken from my other book/programme - How To Get Your Sh*t Together.
