Module 8 - Mind Your Language!

This module explores the language you use (and others use to you) and how it impacts our thought patterns.  Based on CBT and NLP we look at how reframing your thoughts and spoken words can really help to improve your mindset.

We dig around in unhelpful thinking styles, thought patterns, and triggers.

We spend some time working on mental rehearsal and visualisation - both very powerful tools to help you live the life of your dreams.

Also in this module we revisit the amygdala and have a look at the term neuroplasticity.

We will still have unwanted thought processes but I have included two great techniques to help you with this - the STOP technique and the RAIN technique.
