Each section of the course is supported by a guided exercise, journal prompts, or body-awareness tools designed to help you make real progress in a short amount of time.

You can work through it one module at a time, or go at your own pace — there’s no “right” way to do this.

What matters most is that you’re honest with yourself as you go.
