Now before you roll your eyes or think I’ve gone all fluffy, let me say this:

This isn’t about wallowing.
This is about getting real — because you can’t change your life if you’re not honest about how it feels right now.

In this section, we’re going to stop spinning, pause for a minute, and actually check in with yourself.

You’ll do something I call “The Feels Dump” — which is exactly what it sounds like. And then we’ll go a little deeper by noticing where those emotions show up in your body.

You don’t need to overthink it. Just be curious. Be honest. And most importantly, be kind to yourself while you do it.

This is the first step in shifting things — from the inside out.
